PRODUCT DELIVERY: Production begins in July, Early orders receive priority. Manufacturing varies and can take 1-6 weeks depending on time of year. Rush orders may have extra charges applied.

PAYMENT: Visa, Mastercard, American Express prepaid only. Personal and company checks must clear bank before shipping, normally adds 10-14 days to lead time.

REFUNDS: No refunds. Balance will be a credit.

RETURNS: All items are made to order and all sales are final. Ex Mortis will repair or replace any returned defective item due to manufacturer's responsibility. Notice must be given within 7 days of receipt of goods.

SHIPPING: All shipping charges paid by buyer in addition to sale price. We ship UPS insured only.

CHANGES: Ex Mortis reserves the right to alter pricing, change or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice, and are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control. Paint schemes and clothing articles are subject to change at manufacturer's discretion. Rigid foam items are subject to some casting imperfections which we deem acceptable due to the style of the props.
